We are about Exitement and Creativity…. Fun and energy go hand in hand and it helps the creative juices.

We address issues one step at a time. Your business is important and we address the most valuable area or largest area of weakness first, once solved we continue on to the next issue or problem.

You’re going talk to us frequently. 30-minute meetings and multiple phone calls and emails are less expensive than hours of wasted work due to not being on the same page.

We will write thick, elaborate marketing plans, but small directional plans are more conducive. The market changes quickly and the ability to react should be top priority. It is easier to turn a boat than a cruise ship.

You're going to see rough work: We like to think out loud and brainstorm continuously. Sketches, the use of whiteboards, and paper drawings are not out of the norm. We make you part of the team, because it is your business and you are an integral part. No frills or smoke and mirrors, just straight forward communication and creativity.

We believe in a positive and focused work environment.  Careless mistakes happen when exhaustion or work habits are not sustainable. Everyone needs their weekends and evenings for rest and refocus.

Our Team:

Joe Chandler (Virtual CMO / Marketing Consultant / Owner) - Joe started his career in the US Navy then left to work in one of the world's largest consumer electronics conglomerates, Sony.  There he spent 15 years in both consumer and business marketing, which included working with ABC, NBC, CBS, Turner, and Disney.  With such a broad experience, Joe brings an understanding of business, programs management and marketing that is unmatched.  Joe has the ability to quickly identify areas of need in any marketing situation.

Michelle Holsworth (Graphic Designer) - Michelle has worked as a graphic artist and art director in the DFW Metroplex for the past 12 years and has had the pleasure to serve clients on both a national and local level through agencies large and small alike.  Michelle's eye for the creative is extremely rare.  She can take any idea and make it a work of art.

Ben Read (Internet Consultant / Program Management) - Ben has a rich background in developing marketing strategies that align with clients' goals and ambitions. He is adept at integrating online and offline efforts in various disciplines of marketing, including direct, interactive and online marketing.  Ben works wonders with websites and other online projects. His ability and discipline are unsurpassed.
